We aim to source the best ingredients from our local evnvironment to give you the best taste and the best quility food. Our wild foods are foraged sustianably from organic farmlands and coastal areas away from roads and built up public places. Our game is 'wild' not farmed which means not only is it healthier and leaner then other meat but it has had a happy life and access to a balanced nutrient filled diet making what you are eating in turn tasty and high quality. Our wild fowl and rabbit is sourced from local shoots and farms our wild deer is mainly from Boconnoc estate in Cornwall. If the bread we use is not made by ourselves then it is sourced from the family run award winning chough bakery in Padstow cornwall. Our philosophy is to keep it as local as possible and always support the "little man".
