Our sharing feast menu is our most popular choice for weddings and celebrations. The menus celebrate a range of gourmet dishes displayed in order to create an impact for any occasion. Our dishes are served on a table or at guests tables on rustic hand crafted chopping boards and big bowls with herbs, breads and local seasonal produce. 

   Menu ideas

Choose three mains dishes to be served on our rustic oak board to be the centre piece of your table as well as three salads that will be served on rustic bowls .



  • Cornish Roast beef with musterd glaze horse radish cream. 

  • Whisky Smoked Beef Ribs with jack daniels glaze.

  • Cornish ale braised beef brisket with salsa Verde. 

  • Honey and Maple Glazed Shoulder of Pork with an orchard Apple Sauce.

  • Slow Roast Pork Belly with Crackling and Cider Apple Sauce.

  • Wild venison kofta skewers served with mint yogurt and harissa sauce.

  • Slow cooked wild venison with Moroccan spices and pomigranite glaze.

  • Cornish roast lamb leg marinated in Moroccan spices with coriander, harrisa and mint yogurt.

  • BBQ spachcock chicken with fresh thyme, lemon and garlic marinade.

  • Jerk Chicken with Char grilled Pineapple

  • Chicken and chorizo skewers.​

  • Southern fried chicken bites with sweet chilli sauce.

  • Free range Cornish chicken and local chorizo paella served in mini paella bowl.

  • Wild crayfish and seafood paella served in a mini paella bowl.

  • Fresh local mackerel fillet with garlic aioli.

  • Local Fish goujons with homemade tartare sauce.

  • Poached local trout with fresh dill lemon and garlic.

  • Whole Fillet of Salmon with Parsley and Basil Pesto.

  • Halloumi, mushroom, red onion, courgette and pepper kebabs.(v)

  • Mac and cheese with local chedder. (v)

  • spinach and nettle frittata. (v)

  • Homemade falafel with broad bean hummus. (v)

  • Woodland mushroom skewers with wild garlic butter. (v)

  • Seasonal char grilled courgette and butternut skewers.(v)

  • Chargrilled corn on the cob with Cornish butter.

  • Homemade coleslaw with beetroot, red cabbage and sour cream dressing

  • Baby new potatoes with fresh chives, sea salt and cracked black pepper.

  • Cous cous with roasted pepper, courgette, squash feta and fresh herbs.

  • Broad bean and pea salad with mint and parmesan.

  • Summer tomato salad with rocket and leafy greens.

  • Heritage Tomato salad, fresh leaf and herb salad and with toasted seeds. 

  • Flat salad with peas, broad beans and parmesan.

  • Baby new potatoes with fresh chives, Cornish seaweed and cracked black pepper seasoning. 

  • Orzo pasta salad with roasted Mediterranean mixed veg and fresh herbs.

  • Crispy rosemary and and Cornish sea salt wedges. 

  • Caprese salad with mozzarella vine tomatoes and sweet basil. 

  • Leafy green salad made with fresh local greens.
