Pennywort also known as Navelwort (as it has a navel type dimple in the centre of its leaf) is often found growing out of the cracks in walls and in damp areas and can be picked when green and where it grows in abundance. It grows in the UK and parts of southern and western Europe. Wall Pennywort has been used in homeopathic medicine and is known as Cotyledon umbilicus to practitioners.
